Arsenal vs Man U
Clash of the week and pick of the festive season, isn't it?
Well, this is a tough one considering Arsenal is at home. But not to forget that Man U has got a great away record too, of 7 wins and one draw and one loss.. Arsenal look to lack the idea recently, especially against Aston Villa where Ljungberg's cracker was probably their best chance all match.. They could have came away with nothing had Baros taken his shot with more composure while on a one-on-one situation against Lehmann.
Both side have no fresh injury worries except for the long-term absentees.. Arsenal do have a weakest link in their left-back position with both Clichy and Cole out. I won't be too surprised if Fergie chooses to concentrate on attacking that wing. Ronaldo and Neville will be a handful (too much) for Cygan to handle.. Hard-tackler Smith and van Nistelrooy are expected to return after sitting out the clash with Bolton..
On the 1X2 ticket, it'd be quite tough to call. But if you are neutral football fan, draw seems to be a best bet. Or if you have the money, whack on Man Utd adv (+1.5) but the odds of 1.10 sure means little return for you.. If you are just looking for some excitement while watching the match, try 3, 4 goals on the Total Goal. The odds on pick the score are pretty attractive too.. A couple of scoreline I suggest would be Man U win 2-1 or draw 1-1..
